I have personally dealt with desperate artists and designers hunting down clients for commission, and it was not a very comfortable experience, I'll tell you that. There was this one time when I posted a character turnaround for a Sonic OC I had just created where I mentioned it would be very useful as a reference whenever I commission 3D artists for a model of the character. That was just me regularly tweeting my art and merely mentioning the word commission, not saying that I would do so. However, the comments started coming. There's nothing more annoying than somebody trying to sell you a service when you didn't even request it in the first place. The doesn't happen only on Twitter!   Hello Again! Some time passed and I got done with another batch of commissions. Actually, I completed 2 batches between this and the last commission post! This time I am very happy with the result of pretty much all of them! My clients had very cool characters to work with and I had an absolute blast! It's been a while since I don't post anything here (mostly because I don't really have much time or what to say), but today I have something worth sharing. Recently I purchased a HUION KAMVAS Pro 24 4K as I was in need of this work equipment to be able to have a hybrid workspace, some days working from home, others going to the studio. I've had experience with a few different displays in the past, from the cheaper HUION ones to the more professional Wacom ones. I was initially considering purchasing a Wacom at first, considering how good it felt for me to draw on it at school and work. Especially when I had previously used other HUION models, which while good, didn't feel as good as the Cintiqs.
